Job Title | Head of Messaging and Collaboration Solutions Salary | £75-85K + bonus Location | London
This role encompasses Strategy, Architecture and Solution Ownership within a Messaging, Collaboration and Directory Services environment. You will own, develop and implement the strategy and technical roadmap for Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration within this highly-successful, corporate environment. Your IT Infrastructure experience should be outstanding with a demonstrable emphasis on Unified communications, Messaging and Directory Services. The following skill-set is required for the role:
A successful track record in devising Enterprise Messaging strategy to support overall business strategy In-depth expertise in Unified Communications (Cisco), SharePoint and Microsoft Messaging solutions including extensive Exchange/, AD and OCS skills Substantial experience of owning hybrid Messaging Architecture solutions comprising in-house, managed service and 3rrd party offerings Thorough understanding of TOGAF and other Enterprise Architecture methods Programme management experience within a Matrix Management structure
A commercial approach to finding solutions will be needed and a comprehensive knowledge of market trends and emerging technologies in (Cisco) Unified Communications and Messaging is essential. Change and people management experience, creativity, innovation and negotiating skills will also be needed. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape and implement Messaging and Collaboration strategy in a showcase technical environment. The role would suit an experienced Unified Communications Architect who has moved on to taking responsibility for delivering Collaboration strategy rather than design

This is a unique role which demands extensive programme management experience combined with detailed technical skills within the Messaging space and a high degree of customer credibility. In-depth knowledge of Messaging and Exchange/ MaaS in particular will be required. A varied skill-set is needed for the role and the following are essential:
At least 5 years’ experience in an IT Infrastructure programme management role A demonstrable track record of success in change, financial and stakeholder management on complex £ multi-million IT Infrastructure programmes Substantial experience of managing complex Enterprise-scale Exchange mail migration programmes using MaaS A detailed and current technical grasp of Exchange and MaaS with up-to-date design skills A high degree of technical/ commercial acumen leading to instant credibility with customers
A background within a large Systems Integrator/ Outsourcing business servicing Enterprise-scale customers would be ideal and excellent communication skills will be needed for a role which involves every aspect of the business cycle from pre-sales through design to implementation and support. The ability to manage the entire programme whilst still being involved at a detailed level is the key to this role.

The Head of Risk Analytics will lead a team of Risk Analysts and Analytics Managers responsible for assessing, reporting and generating actionable insights on our clients' financial exposure in Europe.
Working closely with key business and finance partners in Europe and the US, the Head of Risk Analytics will perform two main activities, performance tracking through current and new metodologies and also developing actionable insights derived from said Analyses ..
The candidate will have the following skills and experience:
*Degree in a quantitative field
*Typically 7-10 years experience in a broad Credit Risk environment with strong portfolio management and analytical skills
*Proven ability in clearly defining a problem, collating the required information, analysing the results and synthesising a compelling argument
*Advanced technical and financial modelling skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Access etc. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft PowerPoint. Experience in SAS a distinct bonus
