Business Analyst – Agile, 3 Amigos, Data-centric Solutions, Integration Solutions, SQL Scripts, SQL Server, Azure – Hybrid (Warrington) – £45-50k + excellent bonus + excellent bens

 

This is an urgent requirement for a Business Analyst with experience working within a data-centric SQL-based solution delivery environment. My client is well-established organisation leading the market in its field and is currently embarking on an exciting Agile Transformation programme involving the design and build of a new and complex financial solution.

 

Business Analyst Role and Duties:

– Orchestrate collaboration in a multi-functional Agile team to remove roadblocks and build relationships

– Elicit, gather, analyse, interpret and document business requirements using Agile methods and all of the Agile ceremonies

– Maintain and develop best practice related to processes, tools and ways of working to improve efficiencies

– Work closely with other BA’s, Developers, Test Analysts and Architects to provide technical solutions to business problems

– Write SQL scripts to ascertain key data comprising and understanding of SQL database structures

 

Business Analyst Skills and Experience:

– Substantial experience in an Agile Business Analyst role using the full range of Agile tools and techniques

– Detailed knowledge of the interdependencies between related and enterprise-wide IT projects

– In-depth experience of providing software integration solutions to business problems with a specific focus on complex SQL-based solutions in a Microsoft SQL Server environment

– Knowledge of any of: SQL Server, Azure (Data Factory), or Power BI would be a distinct advantage

– Excellent communication skills and experience of stakeholder management and conflict resolution

 

Experience of using modern software delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello etc would be ideal but is not essential. This is a role wherein you will work across Project, Product and Delivery teams so the ability to embrace transformational challenge would be ideal.
