IT Project Manager – Change and Integration
IT Project Manager – Integration, Business Change Projects, Agile Methodologies, Software Development, Solution Delivery, Implementation – Hybrid (Warrington) – £67k + excellent bonus + excellent bens
This is a full-cycle Project Manager role within a Software Development/ Implementation function The role involves managing complex software development, implementation and integration projects from idea to implementation and you should be very familiar with Agile techniques. A track record of having delivered a number of successful software and/or CRM integration projects in conjunction with 3rd party partners will be needed.
Project Manager Role and Responsibilities:
– Delivery of a large, complex integration solution (ERP, CRM, similar) with 3rd party partners and a wide range on internal/ external stakeholders
– Creation, definition and management of Delivery plans for all aspects and phases of the integration
– Manage and mitigate key project risks and issues via extensive project planning, good governance, RAID logs, interdependencies, stage gates etc
– Schedule and manage deliverables in line with project plans and solution deliveries
Agile Project Manager Skills and Experience:
– Proven track record and extensive experience in Project Management of end-to-end software integration projects (ERP, CRM, similar)
– Expertise in defining, tracking and managing deliveries via a combination of in-house development and third-party suppliers/ partners
– Experience of using modern software delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence etc
– Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external
